Everyone has their own timeline of connecting with the body. For someone who is completely new to what embodiment practices are, usually 3-4 months is when the “aha!” moment comes and big breakthroughs and change happens.

My commitment in the coaching space is to make sure the client feels safe and comfortable. If the client chooses to make the space faith based, spiritual based, or neither, my priority is to deliver that.

Calls are weekly unless the client chooses to change how often calls are as it seems fit for them. (Ex. bi-weekly calls)
